Wait for it to lose hearts or give it a time-out for no reason. (I wouldn't recommend the second one) OR give it a time-out if it needs one and hasn't been over snacked or over played with to earn happy hearts.
To get a tamagotchi bored watch on the screen for about 10 minutes and your tamagotchi will be rolling around the screen. Some tamagotchi's dance and sing. Also to make them bored make a tamagotchi Girl play with a action fiqure. Make a tamagotchi BOY play with a doll.
