Boutique and Music Store

I've seen the Music Shop and the Boutique in my store, but I never have enough points at the time to buy them, so I was wondering if anyone has them, are there any more, and what do they do? By the way I am talking about the Music Star.

If you buy it, you can use it at any age, and it will either give you money, take money, or do nothing at all each time you use it. It lasts as long as you want until you reset or trash it!!! I know, because I had the Cafe, Music shop, AND the Toy shop, but I reset my tama...

The music shop costs about 20 million points as far as I know. No idea about the boutique as I've not had that in an option yet...
