yes they can. v1's v2's and v3's can all mate with each other.

Whenever i try to just connect my V2 and V3, it doesnt work? On the V3 i would click others ..and what version would you click on on the V2??

They can connect, but not marry. There's a slim chance they will marry, though.

On the v.3 you would do others and on the v.2 do v.1
