Can anyone make a skin?

Can anyone (especially Admin) make an animal skin? I need the code that you put in to get the new skin. Can Admin or anyone else do that? The animals I would like on it are: Dog, Cat, Reptile/Fish, Guinea Pig, Hamster, Bird, Horse. If you can't get animals on it then just make a creative one. Oh and just if you are wondering, the website is in my signiture.

Why not learn how to make your own?

Admin and guides are busy fixing the chat and doing things for TT, and skins take a long time to make if they want to look good.
