Err, it's mostly obvious, i'm sure you've figured it out by now, but if not, there are 3 circles at the top of the screen which correspond to the 3 buttons (A, B and C) on the tamagotchi. They will randomly "light up", turning black, after 2 have "lit up" get ready to press the one that hasn't "lit up" yet, once it does, press that button as quickly as you can, if you do it well enough, you will jump really far and get a "Great" and 15 points.
