It is rating. If the middle of your rating is more than 0 I think it is bad.

Light green means, great, dark green means perfect, yellow means bad, orange means worse, red means worst, you would be banned at this level.

not banned. you just have red stuff in your karma. look at somw. they are not banned and they have red. Karma is just a change of a suggestion chlemma made.
