My tama turned into an adult and I have been waiting for over an hour and a half, when am I going to get the job application. Do I need a certain amount of skill points to get [ ! ] letter?

YES. you will need at least 80 skill points in one of the three. then the (!) mail will come and then you will graduate. THEN your tama will select a job.

just because it only just turned into a adult doesn't mean it will get a job straight away.

just be patient
