can`t put in shop code

I do not know what happend, but i tried entering the v3 shop codes into my friend`s tamagotchi but it would not work!!!!!! anyone got any tips

The shop codes are on a pattern,if you have a different user name then you friend the shop code won't work.

Did your friend have 32 items/15 snacks/15 meals? If so she can't enter the shop code because it's already full. Eat some food or delete/use some items and try again.
