Can Tamagotchi V4 get skill points

Hello Everyone! i was just wondering if you could get Skill points on a V4 by going onto tamatown! :kusatchi: like if they went to the school or something! :kusatchi:

I don't think so, I think you can only get items and Gotchi Points from Tamagotchi Town, I wish you could get Skill Points though.
