One of my tama's got married and had kids I connected that tama with another girl and they have 4 hearts.Can they get married and have kids too?

If you have a boy 5 years or older and the other girl five years or older .
You can keep on marrying and marrying if you have the love potion, your tamagotchi's have four hearts, and if they are five years or and older. You can keep on doing this and doing this. That will be passing down generations . If you marry her, you will be able to access "Grandparents" on TamaTown V3 .
