Can you marry a V4 with a V3?

Hi I was just wondering if when My Alex(from the log, the V3) becomes a teen,

will he be able to marry my Rita (from the log, the V4) which is an adult.

So can a V3 1 year old teen marry a V4 6 year old adult?

Possibly. But it is A Glitch. But If You Don't Want A Glitch, Pause Your V4 And Keep your V3 Going intill it's A Adult. Then, If they Have All hearts In there Friend list to Eachother, They will marry randomely.

But one thing, once I had an urayoungmemetchi connect with a kuchipatchi specal character on the v4.5's ,

and they MARRIED!!!
