Can't Decide

So, I got my Mothra tamagotchi in the mail today and I can't decide if I should untab it now, or wait and untab my Ocean when I get it in a few days. What should I do?

Oceans are really needy; I'd go ahead and un-tab the Mothra. I don't know how needy the Mothra is, though.
