Cellphone numbers for v4?

What do you have the cellphone on v4 for? I have it but when i press some buttons the tama looks sad and there is a sound, but nothing happens... Do you know a phone number that works, please post it here.

You can call your parents with the phone too just look in your family list and veiw them and you should get the number if you have the cell phone.
