Cheerleading?

Hola la perosonas ) I was just wondering if there is anyone else here in tamatalk who does/absolutley loves cheer like I do. This is just a general topic about all things cheer. Talk about competitions, uniforms, and how people don't consider it a sport (which I totally do t agree with) and so on. Enjoy!!

Anyways. I've seen movies with cheerleaders. I have to take dance in school which includes ballet, so I don't think it would be too hard, right?

Basic cheer isn't that bad but if you look up allstar cheer it's... Intense. But I love guy cheerleaders better then girls sometimes xD there are guy cheerleaders who can hold the flyer out on one hand like she's a platter lol.

I like cheerleading. It's okay. I perfer swimming and marching band more, though, but I am more expirienced with those, so...

I can only do jumps/toe touches, basic moves, and such. But I can't do flips and all that fancy stuff. I can't do a cartwheel to save my life. : / But I also like improve dance.

I think anything that is physical and competitive is a sport. : )

I don't cheer. My school has a cheerleading club, I think, but we never ever have events where the cheerleaders can cheer.

Also, I think it's a sport. How is gymnastiques a sport, but cheerleading not? Explain that, people-who-think-cheerleading-isn't-a-sport. Cheerleading's like gym, only instead of equipment you use people, right? ;D

yepperz. i lovee cheerleading! i didnt try out this year cause i wanted a break. but im going for it next year. been a cheerleader for 7 years. yeah. me and my friends had an arguemnt at lunch bout it. lol.

I am an athletic person,but I don't like cheerleading.

It seems like its to sassy and I think it is for popular people.

I like running and jumping,but not cheerleading...sorry :l

I used to be a cheerleader back in third grade. It was pretty fun. We got to march in one of the parades. ;D
