You mean stove? Blender is for liquids, and chimericamaki doesn't look like a liquid in a glass or something funky to hold it to me. Rice HAS to be one of the main ingredients. It fits the red, white, and blue clue, and it also seems to fit the rica part.

Carrot Cake, Rice and Ice Cream failed.
