Why are the oldest pages all closed? Maybe a TamaGUIDE could help me?

OMG... This isn't about the topic, but my Young Memetchi just turned into Memetchi! (Gonna try to turn into Makiko! )

Because when many people bump old topics it might turn into spam, and "Back from the dead topics" aren't allowed (If I made a topic in Dec 2006, and someone bumped it in Jun. 2006), and they're might be no use to it no more...

I was making an example.. And people can dig through pages of topics if that what's your talking about..

Guides and Admins close bumped up topics because that would make the popular topics on the first page or so go down a page, making a not so popular topic go from (lets say) page 50 to page 1 on the top.

Yeah,and it's mainly because people bump topics.
