I don't know when the matchmaker comes and i've been waiting forever HELP!

Your tamagotchi has to be around six or seven to get the matchmaker, and has to be an adult. Try setting your clock to 10:29AM and waiting a minute to see if she comes. You've probably been missing her, she doesn't stay for long.
