when people say it will turn into an adult after 72 hours does thhat mean 72 hours after its born or after its a teen?

Here's the growth process summarised:

Baby for 1hr, then it turns into a Child

Child for 24hrs, then it turns into a Teen

Teen for 72hrs, then it turns into an Adult

I am positive - or I would not have posted the answer

It is 72hrs after they turn into a teen - but their age may show as low as 3yrs because babies are often 0yrs (not 1yr).
