Couldn't find the word "random"

I was looking through the dictionary one day and for fun, I decided to look up the word random. Didn't find it. 0_0 O_O o_o ._. The dictionary was Oxford. I tried to make up a definition for random, but I couldn't think of one. COULD THAT BE THE REASON?!
