Well, there are no good or bad chars. But the Debatchi is CUTE.

You shouldn't worry about who's 'good' or 'bad', but if you found that you got Debatchi from taking poor care of your tama, then it might be a bad character. Still, many people take perfect care of their tama and end up getting a 'poor care' tama, so you can't know for sure. Hope I helped!
