I hav found the debug sign on a European tamagotchi v3

on the well...

screen bit but I don't no where to

scribble the pencil on

I would recommend this guide. If I am right, you scratch your lead pencil over the debug circle (the circle is located underneath the debug sign). If you have any questions, feel free to ask again.
