Debug Questions

So I opened my V4 up and found there was no DEBUG on the circuit board.

Is this because I live in New Zealand?

The Australian and The New-Zealand tamagotchis seem to have no DEBUG.The European, American, Asian, and japanese do though (they have the DEBUG in all versions), so yes, it's normal that your tamagotchi has no DEBUG.
