Debug reset?

I'm not new or anything but I heard about debug ages ago and have been wondering about 3 things :

1) Can version 2's be debugged???

2) If you reset it will it stop the debug session???

3) How do you debug???????

Please answer as soon as possible as i am thinking about debuggeing my tama!!!
