Do you mean "if your tamas can lose bonding"Yes they can.

When you miss one of the bonding times it goes down 0.40 %

The bonding times are

10:00am

12:00pm

2:00pm

4:00pm

6:00pm

It really stinks but yes! if you miss one of the bonding times the bonding goes down!

Yes, your bonding can be reduced but remeber it takes 100 bonding ponts to go up a tenth of a bonding percent. But if you miss a call, set the time back on your 'gotchi to the minute before the call you missed to get those fourty points back. I had this happen to me when I had my bonding at 100%
