different tama versions

hi there! i have a v2 tama, v3 and a v5. they all have infrared and i haven't tried this yet because i haven't bought batteries for my v2 and v3 just yet but i'm wondering if they're all able to connect with each other since they're all different versions? <_<

the v2 and v3 can connect.

but ive heard the v's dont connect with anything, so yeah

There's a break between V4.5 & V5.

Any model from V1 through to V4.5 can connect to each other.

Any model from V5 to MusicStar can connect to each other.

thanks for the info guys! i really appreciate it. now i just have to head to walmart and get me some new batteries (and maybe a nice music star too!)
