Do the babies grow?

Yes, they do. The parent stays with the child for 24 hours. Then on the second night after the baby is born, the parent leaves at midnight. Here is the stages:

Baby- 1 hour

Toddler- 24 hours

Teen- 72 hours

Adult- 7 days (unless you accept the matchmaker)

Old timer- rest of it's life

Yes, you start over. But when you do, you have a new Generation aswell. :furawatchi:

If you want to see the Parent saying good-bye then you can set the clock to one minute before mid-night. :furawatchi: Wait one minute, and you can see your Tamagotchi saying bye! You can see the process, on the second night of you having the baby with the Adult! :furawatchi:

they do its just like whena woman has a baby its the next generation of the family
