Yeah as I said I use lol and XD but yeah that "tlk lyke dis" is annoying and I can hardly understand it

I hate chatspeak, but I do use certain emoticons when the ones in smiley boxes don't have what I'm looking for.

I mostly use; xD and >:3 but not huge amounts of slang except for when my keyboard dies on alot of necessary keys.

That just gets on my nerves. I use faces like "o.o" and "xD" and I say "omg" too.

Thankfully I haven't seen much people who "speek lyke dis" on Tamatalk, infact I've seen none.

I can't stand chat speak but 'lol' and emo. smileys [o.o, >.o, xP] are fine with me and I use them regularly.

No, I don't. I use it in real life, though, like, OMG, and IDK. I just type faster using English, not Slangish.

I guess part of it is that I rarely spell a word wrong. I never studied for a spelling or vocab test. I type fast, though, about 40 WPM.

It's not my problem if someone wants to talk like that but I'm just saying, I can not understand it:

" hey r u goin 2 dat dnce frdy cuz i wnted 2 go wit u"

Nope. Can't understand it. I read slower when I read Slangish.

I prefer to type out my words. Some people don't have AIM, MSN, Yahoo, or any other type of instant messenger and they may not understand IM Slangs- another reason why I don't use IM Slangs.
