LOL, I love all Tamagotchi types. Mimitchi and Mametchi are very popular because they are the result of extremely good care, so people are proud to say they've had them. That's why a lot of people talk about them, and boast about getting them. Gozarutchi, on the other hand, is known to be the result of rather poor care, therefore people go on about it as well. As all other characters are in-between, nobody talks about them much.

Mimitchi is far more overrated. Seeing it's the poster boy for Tamagotchies. People do like to rave over it also.
