Well to a point if you feed it a junk load of candy it will get a tooh ake and you have to take it to the doctor , then yes but other then that not really . hope i can help
I don't think so, but here is a chart of what foods your tama likes. If you feed it that food, it will be happy and all its happy hearts will be full. To get a closer look at it, put your mouse over it, then in the bottom right hand corner, there will be a little thing. click on it, and it will be enlarged.
