Does your tamagotchi's partner affect the toddler?

Hi,i realy want to know how to get a different family,for example in my v4.5 i got a Horoyotchi and when i married her,i got another toddler from the mame group!

So,i am saying how do you get a different family on the v4.5 and does your tama's partner matter,for example

Ura mametchi+Kutchipatchi=[kuchi family?]

Yasaguretchi + Ura memetchi=[Meme family]?

Please reply,because i would realy like a different family then MEMe,thanks.

it doesn't affect the toddler, but it may affect the teen or adult.
