Doll Poem

[Emmatutu]

[SIZE=12pt]Caroline[/SIZE]

I had a doll,

her name was Caroline.

I used to play with her

when I was only nine.

But now I'm too old,

for my little doll.

And instead of doing that,

I go shopping at the mall.

But I saw her in the corner

sitting all alone.

I don't play with dolls,

though I uttered a moan.

Maybe she could use a friend,

for just this one day.

And I run over to get her

and time passes away.

I play with her

and hug her tight.

And never again

she does pass out of my sight.

Yes, I have a doll,

her name is Caroline.

And even though I am fourteen,

Dolls are just fine.

Just a short poem...what do you think?

i personally think its really good. it rhymes, which is sometimes a hard thing to do. and it makes perfect sense.

I am a buny. I like to hop.

But me want some soda pop.

Now I want to jump to the top.

And I will eat a crop.

Come with me we can shop

For ice cream and slop

I will stop.

Awww cute poem. I never liked my dolls...especially when I was a baby I used to punch my baby doll everytime it cried

and I threw my rainbow brite doll down the stairs until she forgot to say the color red. Good times....

I didn't personally like it, sorry. It isn't the type of thing that I like to read. That's just my opinion.

The versing seemed odd, and some of the words just didn't seem to really fit for me.
