Easygoing/Blended family?

So I married my Kuchipatchi to a Yonepatchi and they had two kids but after the baby stage they evolved into boring old Mattaritchi and Tororotchi

It says Easygoing family in the description but I didnt get chibipatchi?

Is this normal? actually a better question would be: what have I done wrong?

The Easygoing family is different to the Kuchipa family. The Easygoing family consists of Papapatchi as a father, Mamapatchi as a mother and one or two easygoing children. The Kuchipa family consists of Papapatchi as a father, Mamapatchi as a mother, Kuchipatchi as the eldest son and Chibipatchi as the second son.

You probably did not have high enough bonding- to get the Kuchipa family, you will need your family to have 100% bonding.

I also have the easygoing family and I had a yonepatchi. AND I had 100% BONDING! what have I done wrong?
