No, it's totally fake. They're not necessarily lying by calling a replica since they're not claiming it's real, but no, it's nothing like the original.

To further back up what Jhud says, this is quite possibly the most notorious fake Tamagotchi of all time, and certainly the most widespread. Its programming is also used in a large number of generic virtual pet shells that aren't trying to fool people into thinking that they're a genuine Tamagotchi.

I recently established The Database of Fake and Generic Virtual Pets, and this one had the dubious honour of being the very first entry.
