Exclamation marks?

In mame city i played mame blocks and when i won 200gp there were exclamation marks! What happened?

Maybe because you were doing well. Or, something happened where you might lose. It probably just did that because you did a good job though.

I dont know why this is but I think that it was a glitch or maybe it means you got mail? Dunno...
