Falling?!

It happens to me once or twice a month. Sometimes I am just laying there wide awake, and then all of a sudden I have that feeling that I am falling even though I am not. The scariest part about it for me is that my breathing stops for a few minutes.

Yes it had happen it to me lots of time and when i land its mostly i land on my feet (in my dream)and i jump in my bed
