Family Training?

The sixth symbol on V5 is "Family Training". I can't figure out how to use it and I have children. Do you need teens or adults?

i have worked out that it should be roughly 12 am 2 pm 4 pm even numbers,

and thats when your tama will call for it, the symbol should light up and then you click on it.
