Fat tama characters

I haven't been able to play any games at the moment, so all I do to my adult v5 tamas is feed them, and then they evolved really fat! Can I get them thin again?

The V5 instructions do say not to overfeed your tama, or you will get a bad family. Yes, you can change them back, but it depends which family you have (Ninja, Large, or Petite)

Ninja: feed them a steamed bun or use the whistle item

Large: feed them a balance biscuit or use the mirror item

Petite: feed them milk or use the magnifying glass

If your tama isn't any of these, could you tell us which family it is?

I agree on what nicky9 said. If your V5 family is a fat or large family, it could be a large family. You could change it back like nicky9 said.

It was a large family, but the daughter had babies today, so it's back to blended.

I will keep the other instructions in mind, though
