I like a lot of the music videos made by the Red Hot Chilli Peppers:

but one of the most memorable for me is always Michael Jackson's Black or White - I like the morphing used on the different faces during the last minute of the video (it reminds me of the Godley & Creme video Cry - which used morphing of faces as they sang the lyrics before MJ).
