One, how do you get the love potion for v3?

Two, can a love potion mate a v3 and a v4?

You can either buy a love potion from the shop on the V3, or use the code. Sorry but I don't know what that code is. Maybe someone else will tell you =)

And yes they can mate the V3 and V4 =)
