I ALWAYS take the cute little critter with me. That way, I never miss anything it needs, and its growth isn't stopped (like it is when paused). This also brings new generations a little faster (I'm currently working on generation 17....).

I bring my tama EVERYWHERE except school because I'm afraid I'll break it or lose it or get it taken by the teacher!

Yeah, that's the same with me, but I usually pause it and leave it at home, and sometimes I bring it with me. I guess it just depends on where I'm going!
