They're real and released. The one with the blue hat is Ciaotchi/Chaotchi and the black one is Kuromametchi.

First Image:
The one with the black suit and yellow hair is Bankaratchi (English name would be Bankertchi). This one has been relased on Tamagotchi School 2.
And the yellow dudes are (from left to right) Akahiyotchi and Shirohiyotchi. Not sure about this but the pic does say "Tamasuku Original Characters".
Second Image:
Yellow guy with the pompom hat is Osewatchi.
Three characters in the bottom left of the picture from left to right are Wakaokutchi, Zamasutchi and Dango Obatchi.

The aeroplane is JALtchi. My favourite character!
There's a brown characters standing on the school, I believe he's called Gorippa.
The character with the yellow hat is Jidoutchi.

Er... that's a website for the OLD Tamagotchi. As in 1996-1998 but I will tell you the character names anyway:
For the banner, going from the top around clockwise is: Santaclautchi, Debirutchi, *not sure about this one*, Kabutotchi, Mametchi, Mimitchi, Purankutontchi/Planktontchi, Bunbutchi, Bunkotchi and Kuriten.
And along the sidebar there is: Arukotchi, Santaclautchi, Debirutchi, Oshametchi, Kujiratchi, Kabutotchi, Bunkotchi and Bunbutchi, Kuriten, Mimitchi, Mametchi, Mothra and Tamaotchi.
