Dear Mom, Thanks for getting me this Journal as a birthday present. I will enjoy writing in it during my journey around Johto. When I went to Prof. Elm's, I chose Chikorita as my starter. I pretty sure I showed you him. I can't remember. All I know is, I'm going to gone for a LONG time.
