Please, please help answer my question: I can NEVER get a furawatchi or leaftchi , and it's been 10 generations! How, if I can, get them???

I got it 3 times! How to get it on V2:

Odd generation, boy/girl, 50-100% training, Hitodetchi/Kikocomatchi/Marutchi as child, Young Mametchi/UFOtchi/Nikatchi as teenager.

How to get it on V3:

Odd generation, boy/girl, 50-100% training, Kuchitamatchi/Mizutamatchi/Tamatchi as child, Young Mametchi/Patapatatchi as teenager.

Did I miss anything?

I've gotten one on my keitai before, so I don't think it's that rare (I don't often get much luck getting rare characters )

I got Furawatchi on V2 when I took perfect care, full discipline, but did ONE mistake, hungry hearts dropped below 1 once.
