I read somewhere that you get certain gifts from going to certain places via the tickets you buy in the shop. Everytime i go, i see one scene and then any button i press takes me back home. The plane drags a gift but it always opens and says visit tama town! am i doing something wrong? how do you get those items?

Don't worry: You're actually supposed to visit TamaTown to claim your prize. When you go to tamatown.com, go to the travel agency (the building with an airplane on top of it), then click on the computer that says 'login' on its screen, and type in the password that was in the present box that the plane brought back when youi used the ticket in your tamagotchi. Hope I helped!
