Grandparent Password

I'm on my 4th Gen and have not received a grandparent password. how do i get one?!

Look at the passwords of the parents from past generations. That's the Grandparents code. Go on Tama Town and you can get a bike from it

ok, so i take the parent password i have now and when i have a new generation then this parent password become the grandparent password?

go to the friends list, then choose family, then either choose history, and get the password or go to parents and get the password their

(that is just what it said on the website https://www.tamatown.com/tama.html when you clicked on Need Help on either parent or Grandparent)
