Is there only certian adults you can get from a certain teen?

Also, does anyone know where to find a 4.5 growth chart?

I don't know about the v4.5 growth chart, but I can help you with your other question. Some characters can only be girls, others can only be boys. I think there is a growth chart for the v4, which could possibly be similar to the v4.5

That's a character chart, not a growth chart. A growth chart shows which characters evolve into which characters, while a character chart just shows the characters and their personalities etc.
