I will explain most details of the Tamagotchi Version.4

Buttons:

A - Select

B - Confirm

C - Cancel

Menus-

M1: See that first menu? Well that's to check your stats.

This is probably the first place you'll go to as to see your Tamagotchi's Happiness and Hunger.

Then press 'A' to change it and press 'C' to get out of it. Anyway, then the next one you see on it is training, this is where you can see how much you have Potty/Anger/Cry/ trained your Tama.

The next page is kind of confusing here let's see an example.

The picture of the pencil means intelligence, you might need atleast 12 to get a job.

The next picture is of a star, this is the art one, which is very important if you want your Tamagotchi to have a fun job.

The last picture is the flower which means social, you only mostly need this if you want your Tamagotchi to work at the Tv Studio or the Radio Studio.

Also, if you want a main certain skill these are the teachers to choose.

Intelligence - Mr. Turtle (The turtle)

Art - Mr. Canvas (Literally a canvas)

Social - Ms. Floral (The big springy flower)

The next part of the first menu is where you can see the most important stats of your Tamagotchi. You can see your Tamagotchi's Age, Name and Weight (Better keep an eye on it's weight make sure it's inbetween 50-80)

(TIP: If it's weight is over 80 it'll be in the fat family, if it's weight is below 50 it'll be in the Petite family. So be careful.)

The next part of the first menu is where you can see it's gender and generation.

So it's generation means if it's the first one in the family tree or the last. G1 means 1st Generation, it also means on Tama Town you can visit your parents when you reach G2, Which is Generation 2.

G3, You will then have granparents I wonder what they have in stock for you!

The last two parts of menu one are where you can how much points you have the higher points you have the more you can spend at the shop.. (Where we'll explain later)

And then lucky last your username, it's what you choose to log in with on Tama Town.

Menu 2 -

The picture with the face with a chef hat on it means food. Yum!

When you select it by pressing 'B' then you'll bring up two choices Meal (Makes Hunger go up!) and Snack (Which makes Happiness go up!) So there are a range of choices and you might wanna keep track of what you feed it other wise it might become really fat and become one of the fat families. (NOT GOOD!!!)

Menu 3 -

The picture of the potty, if your Tamagotchi has lines around it and it's not sitting in a bath tub then this is the menu to choose, that means it needs to go toilet. Also, if there's a little moving thing next to your Tamagotchi with two arrows that means it's already made a mistake to also press the potty to clean it up.

Menu 4 -

The picture of the ball adn baseball bat, once you select this it brings up a menu with loads of choices.

The first choice is game. You can play Jumping Rope, Mimic, Shape, Dance, Flag and others once your Tamagotchi grows older.

The next choice is item, this is where you store all your precious items and gems. Even secret stuff.

The next choice is, shop. There may be a sale so check there once a day, here you can buy your food, plane tickets or items to make sure your Tamagotchi has a great time being with you.

The next choice is, password. You can usually get passwords from being online on Tamatown for version 4. If you click around and find something that says get item then I suggest you press it. You might get a little surprise, so this is where this little menu comes in handy, once you receive several code(s) from Tamatown you can enter them here and get loads of items and even gotchi points.

The last choice is, souvenier, you receive souveniers if you go on a plane, to the king (After donating such a genorous amount) or even just from visiting places on Tamatown, this is where you can find them and look through at your last visits.

Menu 5 -

The shouting pacman picture, that means praise or scold ( Which is time out ) If your Tamagotchi is ignoring you and their Happiness and Hunger meters are completely full then that means go to this menu and give it a time out. If it's crying and has the two faces glowing ( On the right bottom corner ) Then you should praise the little fella.

Menu 6 -

The medicine bag ( Also first aid bag ) This is where you go if your Tamagotchi has a blackish dot hovering on the right side of it. That means the poor little Tamagotchi's sick.

Menu 7 -

The envelope, this is where you go to check your mail, daily fortunes and special offers like going to school. If a mailman comes on your screen and puts either a Star, Exlemation mark or an envelope in it, it's time

to check the mailbox! In the envelope it can sometimes be good like the king giving a present or bad like a robber or receiving a snake.

Menu 8 -

The book, here is where you can view your friends list. The more smiley faces or hearts there are next to it the closer you are to them. You never know one day your Tamagotchi just might love them enough to get married to them.

Second choice is present, you select this before you connect with another Tamagotchi. First select the present you want to give to him/her's Tamagotchi. Then click wrap up and connect!

The third choice is point, here you can donate as many gotchi points as you want to the king.

Then the last choice is family, where you can see your parents, and grandparents of your Tamagotchi's generations. :p

I hope this helped a bit, maybe you understand a little more about Tamagotchi's now? B)

Got square eyes from reading so much?! XD :p
