Has anyone found the hat in tamatown?

I have found all the other items on the list except the hat! i've looked every where, anyone got any clues?

Yes, Lucky Tama Toys, that is right, and there should be a poster on the wall with a Golden Tamagotchi- click on it to claim the tamagotchi!!!
