Having difficulty PMing another member

ZoeyRox! recently PMed me and I wanted to reply, but when I clicked the reply button it said that ZoeyRox! doesn't exist!

Has anyone else had this trouble PMing anyone else? Does anybody know how I can fix this problem?

I do not know, but maybe she had gotten banned, you can let the Admin or some guides know. Maybe something happened. If I were you, I would PM the guides or Admin.

I don't think they're banned. I checked their profile and it didn't say anything about them being banned.

EDIT: I double checked their profile and it says they're in the "Members" group, so they're not banned. Here's proof:

Oh..well, one of us members could test out PMing her and see if it works. Maybe she isn't allowed to use the PM feature anymore?
