Heart Beat?

Well I have been hearing about how you can hear the little "heart beat" of the tama if you listen carefully. I tried it out and it works. People also said, to conserve battery in the night, you should turn off the sound so that the "heart beat" stops beeping. But, it seems as if turning off sound doesn't stop it from doing so Any ideas?

Well you see your tama moves around on the screen and every time it beeps your tama moves to another part of the screen so it's not really a "heartbeat"
